Oscar is an accomplished author of five personal development books. His flagship book, Mindset Revolution: Re-engineering Your Mind from Prison to Purpose, has impacted countless individuals and organisations globally. The book explores the creative power of the mind, the mechanics of the mind, and the concept of a winning mentality. It serves as a practical guide for individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential, overcome the adverse effects of negative programming, and foster a positive mental attitude. Through the Mindset Revolution Coaching Academy (MRCA), Oscar has coached a diverse clientele, including middle to senior managers, CEOs, and corporate executives. His approach focuses on disrupting entrenched mental patterns and reprogramming them to cultivate a winning mentality, leading to improved performance and outcomes.
In the United Kingdom, the Mindset Revolution programme has been delivered to universities such as the London School of Commerce, Nelson College, Arden University, and Fairfield School of Business. Within the corporate sector, he has facilitated training sessions for organisations including Ghana Commercial Bank, Fidelity Bank, the Ministry of Education, National Banking College, State Insurance Company (SIC), Vanguard Assurance, and Prestea Sankofa Mines, among others.
In addition to his work in authorship, coaching, training, and consulting, Oscar is BBC-trained in radio operations and media, contributing to community radio and educational initiatives in the UK. He also engages extensively across Africa, promoting mindset transformation on the continent.
Currently, he serves as an Associate Lecturer at Arden University, Nelson College, and Global Banking School lecturing in Business Studies, where he imparts his knowledge and experience to students and professionals. In addition to his academic roles, he is the CEO and Founder of Train2inspire Consultancy, a leading business training and consulting firm.
