A learner’s ability to develop imaginative skills requires critical thinking to connect ideas which previously might seem unrelated. In the words of Albert Einstein, “Imagination is more than knowledge”. CPA believes that inventions and innovationsby humans come by connecting scattered dots.

Crown Prince Academy requires learners to strive for success that deserves celebration by themselves and society at large.

At Crown Prince Academy, we are committed to developing world-class citizens through an educational approach that emphasizes practical application alongside academic excellence. We believe learning should extend beyond

theory, empowering learners to think critically, solve problems creatively, and apply knowledge confidently in real-world situations.

Our goal is to create a learning environment where every child is inspired to dream without limits, discover their

potential, and transform those dreams into meaningful achievements

STAFF

Our total teaching and non-teaching staff number is 68. These individuals are the backbone of CPA. Every teacher from Primary to Junior High has a minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree and a teacher’s license.

The Earl Childhood teachers have at least a certificate in Early Childhood Education from the University of Education, Winneba and a teacher’s license. With many, in line with our staff development policy, having advanced to diploma and degree level.

Most teachers have over 10years and more experience in handling children and it’s the policy of CPA that all staff keep themselves abreast with developments in the educational world.
