CPA has offered me the opportunity to lead a school with a vision. This is a private basic school with a remarkable difference – a well-endowed burgeoning institution with the latest learning infrastructure and facilities. Besides, this school is deep rooted in ethos, traditions centered on Ghanaian values and yet with international ambition in view.

The demands of the 21st Century and the broad avenues of education create divergent channels to levels of ability to learn. The new demands aim at impacting on the type of leadership that would inevitably bring positive inducement, making learning the pivot around which all leadership engagement in the school would revolve.

The school endeavors to keep pace with national aspirations, modern trends in educational delivery in a bid to become a center of excellence.

Under my instructional leadership, we would optimistically fulfill parents and learners’ expectations for choosing CPA. We would provide a personalized quality teaching and learning through the under-listed cardinal leads.
