Yaa Prince-Boateng - Human Resource Manager

Yaa Prince-Boateng joined Crown Prince Academy in June 2016 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people strategy and culture. As Human Resources Director, she is committed to creating value through people by ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains talented individuals who align with its mission, vision, and goals.
 
With a strong belief that people are the foundation of every successful organization, Yaa focuses on fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and implementing strategic human resource practices that support both organizational effectiveness and employee growth. Her leadership is guided by the understanding that a strong culture begins with the right people and is sustained through empowerment, accountability, and continuous development.
 
In addition to her extensive experience in human resources,
Yaa served as the Chief Operating Officer of Kudigo, a leading digital technology startup, where she oversaw business operations, implemented growth strategies, and developed systems that enhanced organizational efficiency and scalability. This experience strengthened her expertise in leadership, operations management, strategic planning, and business development within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
 
Yaa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, with minors in Human Resource Management and Management Studies. Prior to her studies in Canada, she attended Munich Business School, where she pursued studies in International Business, gaining valuable insight into global business practices and cross-cultural management.
