Ms. Mensah is a seasoned education professional with experiences in academics, administrative functions, coaching, mentoring and training. She has held leadership roles in schools both on the academic and administrative front. She has gained about twenty years of experiences from supporting, teaching, training, facilitating, administrating, and managing with regard to the educational institution and other areas.

As an educational consultant and Leader, with two MBAs in Educational Consultancy & In-Service Training, and Global Standard Strategic School Leadership among others, Ms. Mensah has helped to establish schools, reform schools that were on the verge of collapsing, improved the standard of traditional schools’ system to the level of an international schools’ standard by using current researched-based practices to support success for all.

Ms. Mensah is a passionate educator who has extensive teaching experience in facilitating Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs in Entrepreneurial Skills, E-Commerce, and Financial Literacy Skills. As an Eduprenueur; Leadership in Education, Consultancy, and In-Service Trainer, she has trained Teachers and School Leaders in many schools across Ghana as well as schools in Ivory Coast and Nigeria.

Ms. Mensah is a great team player and encourages teamwork among her staff and leads them by example. She is known to be a good listener, highly organized, creative, enthusiastic, and disciplined person, and cares for her student’s intellectual and emotional well-being. Ms. Mensah believes in providing a learning space to children that offers both freedom and responsibility that would allow them to blossom into self-motivated, balanced, inspired, creative thinkers, open-minded with integrity individuals, and servant leaders for life.

Her personal philosophy in life is that every person can be taught, facilitated, and learned by applying learning styles tailored to the individual learner’s needs. She understands that the education of even a small child does not aim at preparing him/her for school but for life. This is why she holds a strong belief that when a teacher is trained to be deeply committed, well aware of his/her tremendous influence on the students, and spares no efforts to develop not only the intellect but also the character and life skills of the students in the classroom, there is nothing to be worried about with regards to the kids. They are sure to get that holistic education to excel in life and beyond.
