Malcolm Osei-Tutu Prince-Boateng serves as General Manager of Crown Prince Academy, where he provides leadership and oversight for the institution’s administrative, financial, operational, and strategic functions. As a member of the second generation of leadership within the school, Malcolm plays a central role in guiding the institution’s continued growth and development while building on the vision established by its founders.

 

He works closely with the Board, management team, and academic leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve systems and processes, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the institution.

His leadership is focused on institutional development, operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. He is particularly passionate about strengthening educational quality through staff development, modern teaching practices, technology integration, and the creation of systems that support student success and organizational growth.

 

Beyond his responsibilities within the Academy, Malcolm has experience in business management, entrepreneurship, operations, and real estate.
