BELIEF AMPONI-KAGSON

Belief is an educationist who is self-motivated and a result-oriented individual. She is experienced in managing teachers as well as assisting them to plan and administer lessons successfully to learners. She is a leader, team player, an active listener and a focused person.

Belief is stationed at the junior high school department where she supervises the daily operations. Everything from assessing teacher’s lessons, student’s performances, meetings with parents etc. She is in charge of the smooth running of her department and she takes that responsibility very seriously.

She started off as a professional teacher with the Ghana Education Service and taught in Dome Anglican Primary School between 1988 and 1989, and in Bishop’s Mixed JSS, High Street, Accra, from 1989 to 1997. In 1998, she joined Crown Prince Academy as a class teacher, and rose through the ranks of 2ndAssistant Head (2002-2003) to 1st Assistant Head 2003-to date.

She holds M.Ed. in Administration (2014) from the University of Cape Coast, Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Winneba and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (2004), University of Ghana, Legon.
