Joshua Tsatror-Mordy - Principal
Joshua earned his BA English (Hons) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana in 2013 and also holds a Diploma in Basic Education from the St. Francis College of Education. In 2016, he completed an MA program in Communication and Media Studies from the Cyprus International University in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and he received his Master’s degree in Communication. Joshua completed the University of Oulu, Finland in 2018 where he was awarded an MA degree in Education and Globalization in 2018. He is currently a PhD student in Educational Leadership at the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana.
Joshua Tsatror-Mordy has more than 15 years of leadership experience with a track record of transforming schools, ensuring inclusive education and supporting sustainable change. His focus has always been to enhance learning in the broadest sense of the word and enabling schools and students to flourish.
From the public schools system in Ghana to handling leadership roles in international curriculum-based school setups, Joshua has had the privilege of working in the environment of Cambridge international schools where he has committed his time to building strong communities with students at their heart.
During this period Joshua has led the reorganization (restructuring) of some private school systems and experimented with different educational curricula and integrating some to provide a holistic development of students and has worked hard to build connections within international school communities.
In August 2014 Joshua left the public education school system and has spent the past 6 years working with schools, school leaders and boards on school improvement, leadership development and training, and following his passion of developing well-being in schools.
Joshua is delighted to be part of the CPA team as principal.
