Belief Amponi-Kagson - Vice Principal
Belief is an experienced educator with 32 years of experience. She joined CPA in 1998 as a class teacher and rose through the ranks to her current position.
She believes that learning is a process of forming knowledge through experience. It is therefore important that facilitators provide an enabling environment for learners to construct their own knowledge because it makes learning more relevant for learners to become critical thinkers.
Her dedication and hardwork have been demonstrated through her 18 years of experience as a management member, a mentor and personal development coach to teachers.
Belief is currently pursuing an M. Phil in Administration in Higher Education at the University of Cape Coast, after she obtained her Master of Education (Administration in Higher Education, 2014) from the University of Cape Coast, Post Graduate Diploma in Education, (2009) from University College of Education Winneba, and, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (2004), University of Ghana, Legon.
She is happy to be part of a team that is transforming the entire CPA learning environment into an online learning tradition towards achieving its vision.
